PAVA launches flour Zhitnitsa with unique vitamin complex

Russia (Free-PR-Release.com) February 10, 2009 - PAVA introduces Zhitnitsa flour offering its customers a rich complex of vitamins and microelements. Wheat grain is a host of numerous vital nutrients, the significant part of them being stored in the aleuronic layer, which is difficult to extract using standard milling technologies. Due to PAVA’s unique method of processing the end product is bursting with vitamins.
Expert analysis has proven that the new flour is 80 times richer in vitamin B1 and contains 100 times more of vitamin B2 compared to flour of high grade. These nutrients improve cell metabolism, increase endurance and stamina. 100 grams of Zhitnitsa flour deliver sufficient amount of B-vitamins to completely satisfy their daily requirement.
And there are much more achievements to claim - Zhitnitsa ?ontains 11.3% of dietary fibre, while in traditional high, 1 and 2 grades of flour it ranges within 1%. Besides, valuable substances such as iron, PP and tocopherol (vitamin E) have been considerably enhanced.
